• iTunes Ping – social music networking which we already covered about it.
• TV Show rentals for just 99 cents-  Watch TV rentals on your iPhone or iPod touch, iPad, the all-new Apple TV, or Mac or PC. Watch all these episodes without commercial interruptions in HD.
• iTunes 10 added AirPlay which make it simple to play your favorite music in any room or everywhere in your house. AirPlay lets you stream music throughout your entire house wirelessly. AirPlay wireless technology will be fully integrated into speaker docks, AV receivers, and stereo systems from companies such as Bowers & Wilkins and Denon and new companies will be added very soon.
• Improved syncing – With iTunes 10 Apple promises improved and fast syncing. There’s a new capacity bar that tells you exactly how much space you have left on your device in real time. And it’s even easier to organize all your apps on all your devices because you do it right in iTunes
