Featured Video: Yahoo’s Sketch-and-Search demo

Yahoo is at CTIA 2010 Las Vegas to show off their new Sketch-a-Search iPhone app that allows to search for businesses in any area or region you might want. By simply tracing a search region with your finger, Sketch-a-Search will find businesses in that area. The app is available in the AppStore now.

Yahoo Director of Product Management Ariel Seidman walks shows the new Sketch-a-Search local search app for the iPhone. The interesting thing is that Yahoo is demonstrating this mapping feature on Google Maps!.

Yahoo! Sketch-a-Search will launch additional local categories on an ongoing basis and will extend to international markets in the near future.Maximized for speed, the Yahoo! Search iPhone app delivers contextually relevant results quickly and efficient manner.  The Yahoo! Search iPhone app is available in 22 markets across North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia, and will continue to roll out to additional locations.
